About Us

Experienced, dedicated, and caring legal representation.

Attorney, Paul Schutz, serves the Illinois community through caring legal advocacy. For every case, he strives to echo the sentiments of late mentor and colleague Robert Warsaski: to treat people with respect and empathy; and everyone deserves access to high-quality legal representation.

Paul Schutz Attorney

Chicago native, Paul Schutz, received his Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Denver. He developed a passion for law when working for a state legal services organization in Colorado, where he helped provide free legal assistance for low-income individuals and families with civil needs.

This experience opened his eyes to the the difficulty most people have accessing legal services. After observing first-hand how compassionate advocacy could transform lives, Paul pursued his J.D. at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law while working as a law clerk in a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm. He witnessed the immediate impact of dedicated and caring legal advocates on the outcomes of individuals in unanticipated circumstances.

Paul has spent his career committed to advocating for plaintiffs’ rights and is passionate about continuing to serve his community. In his personal life, Paul enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hearing live music, traveling and most importantly spending time with his wife, daughter, golden-doodle, and their extended families.
